What is the cancellation policy for conference tickets?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another attendee from your organization at no additional cost. Cancellations must be notified in writing at least 2 weeks before the event.

Is virtual attendance available?

No, OGSE Sabah 2026 is an in-person only event. Virtual attendance is not available. We encourage all participants to join us at SICC Kota Kinabalu to fully experience the networking opportunities and content.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments via credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) through our EventzFlow registration system, as well as bank transfers. Contact us for invoice payment options for corporate bookings.

When is the booth setup deadline for exhibitors?

Booth setup is scheduled for 3-4 June 2026. Specific setup times will be provided to confirmed exhibitors 4 weeks prior to the event. For questions about setup logistics, please contact our exhibitions team at enquiry@ogsesabah.com.
