1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for OGSE Sabah 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with registration.
2. Event Dates and Venue
The event is scheduled for June 4-6, 2026, at SICC Level 2, Kinabatangan Hall, Sabah International Convention Centre, Kota Kinabalu. The organizers reserve the right to change dates or venue if necessary with reasonable notice.
3. Registration and Payment
All registrations must be completed through the official EventzFlow platform. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been approved in writing. Acceptable payment methods include FPX, credit card, and bank transfer.
4. Entry and Attendance
Attendees must present their registration confirmation or badge for entry to the venue. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with venue rules and regulations. No photography or recording is permitted in restricted areas.
5. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The organizers reserve the right to remove any person who behaves inappropriately or disrupts the event.
6. Liability and Risk
The organizers, venue management, and partners are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Attendees are advised to keep their valuables secure and to obtain personal travel and event insurance.
7. Intellectual Property
All presentation materials, content, and event documentation are the property of the organizers and/or the respective speakers. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited without written permission.
8. Photography and Recording
The event may be photographed or video recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used in event promotional materials. If you object to this, please notify the organizers in advance.
9. Data Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be used for event management and communications purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how your data is handled and protected.
10. Force Majeure
The organizers are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or civil unrest. In such cases, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternatives.
11. Amendment of Terms
The organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered attendees via email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sabah.
