Conference Registration Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Terms
Cancellations by May 9, 2026
Eligibility: All conference registrations
Process: Written request via email
Refund: Full refund minus 10% service charge
Processing Time: 10-14 business days after cancellation approval
Cancellations after May 9, 2026
Refund Policy: No refund
Alternative: Substitution with another attendee allowed (see below)
Substitution Policy
If you cannot attend the conference, you may substitute your registration with another person from your organization without penalty.
Requirements:
- Written notification of substitution via email
- New attendee's full name and contact information
- Approval by organizers
Substitutions can be made at any time before the event begins.
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation and refund, please send a written request to:

- Registration reference number
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
Exhibition Booth Cancellation Policy
No Refund Upon Cancellation
Exhibition booth fees are non-refundable once payment has been received and the booth has been confirmed. This policy applies to all booth types and sizes.
Substitution and Transfer
If you cannot exhibit at OGSE Sabah 2026, you may transfer or substitute your booth with another company under the following conditions:
Transfer Conditions:
- 3 months prior notice required
- Written request via email
- Transfer to another company within your industry
- Approval by organizers
- No transfer fee
Transfers requested with less than 3 months notice may not be possible, and the booth fee will be retained.
How to Request Substitution/Transfer
To request a booth transfer or substitution, please contact:

- Your company name and contact information
- Booth registration reference number
- Details of the intended transfer or substitution
- Information about the company receiving the booth (if applicable)
Special Circumstances
The organizers understand that special circumstances may arise that prevent attendance or participation. Requests for exceptions to the refund and cancellation policies must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
Each request will be evaluated individually, and the organizers reserve the right to grant exceptions at their discretion.

Event Cancellation by Organizers
In the unlikely event that OGSE Sabah 2026 is cancelled by the organizers due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or civil unrest), the following provisions apply:
Full Refund:
All registration and booth fees will be refunded in full to the original payment method or attendees will be offered free registration for the rescheduled event.
Rescheduling:
The organizers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event and notify registered parties of the new dates with as much advance notice as possible.
Liability:
The organizers will not be liable for any losses, costs, or inconveniences arising from event cancellation or rescheduling.
